An oil change. For the car.
And for the human body.
Today, the thirteenth of January 2013, exactly 13 years and 11 months from starting the diet that started them all, I execute a gorgeous oil change. One for my body. One to change things, once and for all. At two o’clock in the morning, I am feasting upon dinner.
My oil has been changed.
Stay tuned for the WIAW.
How have you recently changed your oil?

SO, let’s see: you took G to the vet, bought some lululemon, lotion, dog food, and had vino for dinner? Was there a point in there that I missed?
You covered it quite well! Are you a news reporter or something? I’m so impressed.
Hurrah for Gwendolyn – if she ever writes a diet book for fatties of the human variety, I will be first in line to buy it.
Glad to hear you’re on the path to having things running smoothly again. I don’t really have any oil changes of the food variety to report…I do need a whole lot of anti-inflammatory cream to keep my joints ‘oiled’ these days though :P

Oh! Salmon oil works for dogs! She gets a pump per day onto her raw food! Perhaps it can work for gorgeous runners? If only you weren’t a gorgeous vegan! :D xo
Wow that is a lot of weight! It is so hard with pugs and it takes a long time to get the weight off right.
and glad to see a diet that is about MEAT, that is what DOGS eat. I hate labels that say “product” – if it’s necks, than by God, put NECK or Gizzard, but product sounds like snouts and toes, things that got cast-off from the hot dog maker. ok sorry for rant.
L’Occitane = happiness
the Lululemon skirt – I have that style but the hot yoga length and it’s perfection.
OMG Gwendolyn has been a gorgeous exerciser for YEARS. We’ve always done at least five miles daily, but her weight remained at status quo. It angered me so!
What did the trick, you may wonder? Cutting out the kibble. Although it was grain free, I narrowed her diet to just raw meat; and voila! Atkins for dogs. ;)
PS: Her coat is super shiny. Her teeth are bright! And her ears are floppy. Yay for our pugs, L’Occitane and lulu skirts. I bought this particular version for my hiking date (for today) to cover my fat. :D xo
Oil changes are “gorgeous,” raingear is “honest”… I’m with the society for prevention of adjective abuse, and I’m writing you a ticket.
Good to see you’re back on the train to Lootersville, credit card in hand! Swipe, swipe, swipe – you can always have the government bail you out and discharge your debts! LOLOLOLOL
;)
My American Express is paid off, in full, every single month, thank you very much. :D
Here’s proof, Looter.

Can’t see the photo (“Private”) but it’s awfully nice of Papa Bear to do that.
;)
You’re a fucking idiot. If my parents even realised how much money I have, they’d be pissed that I didn’t invest in the stock market. I fixed it. Read it and weep, stupid jealous whore. xo
Well, I’m convinced!
;)
Gorgeous!
That was my goal on this Sunday when I’ve had my heart broken!
So happy now! :)
PS: Fuck you. xo
That was awfully “woe-is-me”.
Lmfao.
Looter bitch.
I almost bought that pacesetter skirt the other day!!! Love it :)
I’m wearing it right now!!! With tights. And my gorgeous coat. You need it. The perfect piece!!! :D
Ok, I love that skirt but I have a question. Do tights fit comfortably under the built in shorts? Because I get cold way too easy to wear it with bare legs most of the year, unless I move to Hawaii.
What I admire about lululemon is that their stuff actually combines form and function, like having those built in shorts and zippered pockets. So many other sports companies seem to combine impracticality and ugliness – no pockets, everything scooches around when you wear it, oh and it looks lumpy.
Do you have any other sports companies that you like? Anyone?
I’ve ordered from Title 9 in the past (http://www.titlenine.com/) and I like their board shorts. Atheleta is a second choice. We have a new Atheleta store in my area, but I usually just order from the catalog : )
Thank you! They looked great, now I just have to try them on and see the damage.
Lululemon is like a Porsche Cayenne.
Fucking gorgeous and practical, at the same time.
So tights. They work perfectly underneath of the shorts, so long as you don’t boast extra chub in the midsection. If you do (like I currently do), the fat will spill over the shorts, creating a lump between the top of the skirt/short line, bulging until the top tight-line appears (which, because I like to pull mine up to my belly button, would create that visible-without-a-coat layered fat effect).
But my actual fat is decreasing as each day passes. So by March, my esthetic should be gorgeous again.
I also wear my UnderArmour ski pants (lycra, I think?) underneath of the skirt when it’s extra cold.
Whatever is the case, I look thinnest in the Lululemon skirts, and they are my official Canine Sophisticate wardrobe.
I don’t wear any other athletic designs.
Just lulu:)
