Brekkie was Purify by Suja. Carrot, apple, celery, cucumber, beet, and lemon. So refreshing! Gwendolyn even licked the bottle to a state of cleanliness! Dogs love Suja, too!!!

Lunch, by Becky. Fresh juice concoction. Salad of radish, radish greens, violets, pea shoots, plantain, garlic mustard, and spinach. All foraged except for radish and spinach, which were purchased at Whole Foods. On my new diet, Becky commented, “You are dieting with good nutrition. You are nourishing your body. You aren’t eating crap. What you are doing is sustainable.” In fact, she prepared this lunch in response to my blog article, which we hadn’t even yet discussed! Such a perfect friend!!!!!!!!!

Afternoon snack. Chai hot tea by Starbucks!

Pre-second-workout snack, organic baby carrots in Bragg Liquid Aminos! Guess who munched on my carrots, too. ;)

Post work-out snack. Vanilla Cloud by Suja! Almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla bean, honey, and filtered water.

Dinner. Spinach. One cucumber. One orange bell pepper. Doused with Bragg Liquid Aminos.

No alcohol. Wasn’t in the mood.
Exercise: Yoga, 75 minutes. Cycling, 60 minutes. Dog walking!
