The Raw with Benefits lifestyle has commenced splendidly!
Sashimi and French Pinot Noir!
This protein-rich meal perfectly mirrors my diet from 2011, my thinnest, healthiest year ever!
I feel so happy!
Stay tuned for gorgeous food posts.
What did you eat for Sunday night dinner?

looks good! what is the fish wrapped in cucumber?
It’s lime! And they are scallops! So freaking good! :)
Good to see you eating real food again. I would dispute the use of the word “gorgeous” in relation to images of sushi, however.
Oh dahling! It was absolutely heavenly! :)
My Sunday night dinner was half of a huge burrito, and a PB&J. After an 11mile run my body just coudn’t decided what it wanted. It was awful. Tonight however, I had the most amazing meal of peanut sauced crusted tofu over a bed of rice and fresh vegetables. I felt so rejuvenated eating this meal! I am sure just as you felt eating yours!
That sounds delicious!!!
Your intuitive eating is admirable!!!
I’m in love with my raw foodism! Must nap now but shall post tonight’s concoction in a few hours!!! <3
Nicole,
I was so glad to see a photo of fish and wine greet me upon entering your blog. My first thought was this exact statement “That’s my girl!” Then I read your further commentary stating “This protein-rich meal perfectly mirrors my diet from 2011, my thinnest, healthiest year ever! I feel so happy!”. My feeling is that this meal preference is so completely suitable to your tastes that to a random outside observer (moi) it is obvious that this is your best choice. You and I dine with wine! I am still working on finding my balance. I am envious of your beautiful creations. My Sunday dinner was orange chicken style tofu, stir fryed broccoli with parmesan cheese and a grilled pita to soak up leftover sauce. Now, I can’t get sushi off the brain for tomorrow.
Your comment is more delicious than sushi! I love every piece of it, and it’s simply wonderful for someone to ‘get’ my culinary delights. Surprisingly, I had no wine or martini with tonight’s dinner! That shall be remedied tomorrow:) xo
How tall are you Nicole?
5’3″.
Me too! My goal is also 103
The perfect number. Odd. Small. But not a bag of bones. Long. Lean. Strong. And short model girl sexy. I think of Dylan McKay’s bulimic girlfriend in season 9 of 90210. WAIT! She is my #1 girl crush. Not Gwen Stefani. Let us both achieve 103 swiftly and with good health!
I’m glad to see more protein back in your diet, I think you will feel better back on the fish!
Feel and LOOK better ;)
You’re eating fish again? Looks like I’ve missed a lot … :P
It has only been since the sixth of January, but yes!
