Who has control issues with juice? Me! Me! Me! Rarely do I want it, but last night, after finishing dinner, I did. And my client’s all access refrigerator featured gorgeous containers of it.
But one glass would morph to nine, and I’d be out 1,000 calories in the end, causing me to skip food, prompting crankiness, on the very next day. No bueno. So I forced myself to bed.
Oh, ho! I travel with my VitaMix! And organic carrots! Add the client’s oranges! And we now have a breakfast party.
Chop chop chop!
Offer one carrot to Gwendolyn and friend.
Peel the oranges!
Carrots first! Like ladies! (Coincidentally, both should be thin, too, wink wink).
Oranges follow. Like men. ;)
Ice cubes! Plus enough H2O to fill a Wonder Woman glass!
Set… Go! Blend for 90 seconds!
So pretty and raw!
And this is breakfast! (and the shadow of my prim and proper raised pinky finger).
