Well, I’m from your favorite demographic…a rubenesque 40 something woman! I’ve just started beginner yoga and if I win the giveaway my plan is to try your way of eating for a couple of weeks to see if A.) I jolt my system into losing weight and B.) if your eating style will reduce cravings and the desire to eat for more than fuel.
